DESCRIPTION : A hard to obtain original 1st edition Hardback by this well known author titled: General Gordon The Story of His Life By Fred A McKenzie (M'Kenzie) Published by J.B. Knapp undated but probably in 1885 Book: is in good condition. Book probably produced just after General Gordons death announced in UK. Author is a well known Canadian reporter of the time. Boards slightly faded or stained on spine and edges, some dirt, scuffing and wear. No inscription, pages tightly bound and close to spine some with a few finger marks.
