0ffered: A like new copy of "On to Berlin Battles of an Airborne Commander 1943-1946" by General James M. Gavin, Commanding Officer of the 82nd Airborne Division in World War ll. The book is signed by General Gavin on the half title page. The 82nd parachuted into Sicily, Salerno, Normandy (on D-Day), Nijmegen (Operation Market Garden) and participated in the Battle of the Bulge. It is in like new condition including the dust jacket (in Brodart) and is 336 pages with several maps and 30 black and white photographs. It is 7" x 10" x 1" and weighs 1 pound 12 ounces.
