Imari design part transfer print part hand painted and gilded trio of cup saucer and side plate This porcelain is back stamped, see upper left of the photo as Ive inserted a picture of the backstamp in the image. It depicts an owl with raised wings to form a crest with the letters SB, the B could be superseded with ros in very small lettering to make S Bros and above the SB is the word NOEL, we have been informed that this is Stubbs Bros, Fenton Staffordshire, who were in business between 1899-1904. Good condition for their age, there is some slight rubbing to the gilding in places, no chips or cracks some light crazing to the glaze in places commensurate with age.
