A 100% genuine Elizabeth 2nd Imperial Service Medal (ISM) in very good condition, mounted for wear with original ribbon and bar and supplied with his London Gazette Entry Medal Correctly named: HOWARD SYDNEY McDOWELL (scroll for pictures) A unique name, Howard won his Imperial Service Medal for his services as a Technician Class 1 for the London Telecommunications Region, as stated on page 7414 of the London Gazette of 19th June 1973. > Sorry if the next bit sounds unfriendly : IMPORTANT!
