A 100% genuine and in mint condition WW2 issue Red Cross 3 year service Medal, mounted for wear with original box and document of issue. Medal Correctly Numbered: 44700 Box correctly named & Numbered 44700 Miss E.G Holland Document correctly named/numbered/ dated Miss E G Holland 44700 13.9.46 Very scarce in such mint condition, still with original tissue paper, this medal was made by Gaunt and awarded by the British Red Cross Society to Miss Holland for 3 years service, which means she started in 1943 at the latest and may well be due the Defence Medal as well. As these medals are only numbered it is unusual to find boxed to prove name and with the document to prove WW2 service. Sorry if the next bit sounds unfriendly : IMPORTANT!
