Number on blade is #042807 Technical information: Blade Steel: Universal Cyclops 440A, Hand Ground L6 Serrations: Fine Rockwell: Re 57-59 Length: 6 7/8" Width: 1" at widest Thickness: .250" Offset: None Waist: Wide Wasp Shape: Double Edged Survival Finish: Electrostatically-Coated Baked Epoxy (might be a "satin" finish?) Handle: Gray Armorhide Material: High Tensile Strength Cast Aluminum Finish: Electrostatically Coated Baked Epoxy Color: Gray and Black Shape: Contoured Length: 5" Width: 1" Thickness: 7/8" Black tip of handle has hole with lanyard Sheath: Material: Leather Style #: 07223 Strap: Left Color: Dark Reddish Brown Style: Boot / Belt Weight: 8 oz. Length: 13 3/4" Lanyard at bottom, black hook for military belt at top Grinding Stone: In pocket, 5 1/4" long, 13/16" wide, 1/4" thick -- has hole in one end with lanyard Most of this information came from a Gerber Knife history website, and I believe it is all accurate. The measurements are mine. This is a unique Gerber knife -- I have not seen any others with the large sharpening stone and stone pocket on the sheath. T is some wear on the sheath. The knife looks like it has hardly been used and the sharpening stone may have been used once
