Up for Auction is a (Rare in Excellent condition) WWII German K-98 Bayonet with Matching Scabbard serial number 1750. It also has other numbers not matching. The scabbard has a manufactured date code of (Elite Diamant 39) I'm guessing it was manufactured in 1939 going by the date stamp and has some waffen proof marks, which are pictured. This bayonet and scabbard has about 65 to 70% of it's original bluing still intact, with a couple of dings and looks to be in excellent condition and is a great example of German manufactured Perfection. The bayonet handle is made of bakelite and is in like excellent condition as well and the blade has never been sharped. Now I'm no expert so please look at the pictures and if you have any questions, please ask. This is a real find and would be perfect for one's collection. Own a piece of History!!! This Bayonet has NO swastika's.
