Original M35/M40 German WWII Luftwaffe/Air Force Combat Helmet. I picked helmet up at a local fleamarket in 1999. Helmet is Luftwaffe Flat Dark Gray with rough paint. Helmet has original liner. Retaining clips of helmet are marked with KA40 leading me to believe that this is the M40. Chin strap present. Inner rim inside on right side if looking down marked SE66. Rear rim marked 4962. Inside top of helmet displays normal rust associated with body heat. Super great example of German Air Force helmet. Sold as is. Normal wear and tear associated with age. Flat shipping and handling fee of $12.00.
