Army unit "Grossdeutschland" was the most elite of all the army units in WWII Germany. This cufftitle was worn by an officer in that very elite Army unit. This officer cufftitle section measuring 8.5 inches in length, having the embroidered silver bullion script "Grossdeutschland" inscription on black wool field, cufftitle has been removed from a tunic and retains a section of the field grey wool tunic sleeve. Cufftitle shows wear and aging, good display object from the German Army's most elite unit, unique opportunity to acquire one of the rarest of all German WWII Army cloth insignia, overall good condition.
