Short KS/98 Dress Bayonet. Robert Klaas, Solingen kissing cranes stamped TM. Nickel-plated hilt fittings show much wear/age and crazing to pommel, with some pitting, spine and crossguard/up-turned quillon. Black grip plates are perfect with no cracks or chips except for a small mark which is either due to a spot that was melted or maybe hit with another type of cutting tool. Plated blade grades EX showing surface wear/runner marks and is complete with dark brown/black leather buffer pad. Dent-free nickel-plated steel scabbard retains approximately 85% of the original nickel showing light surface wear/crazing on obverse/reverse. OWN A TRUE PIECE OF WWII HISTORY!!
