Issued for every Wehrmacht soldier. Original and rare WWII personal item of the Wehrmacht. That kind of German Wehrmacht item is shown in great book by Agustin Saiz - "Deutsche Soldaten: Uniforms, Equipment, and Personal Items of the German Soldier, 1939-45", page 98, photo number 12.
