Figure comes with blonde (Foreign Soldiers of the World head, with NO scar on right side of the cheek as many other Joes have) flocked hair, beard and mustache, his eyes are blue. He is wearing black shorts, black sleeveless tank top with AT insignia on its' chest. Joe is the hard hands figure. He is still sealed in the plastic tray he is nestled in, which is completely sealed in a plastic bag which has never been opened. There are 2 seperate accessory sets that comes with Joe. Not only are both sets unopened and still sealed in plastic, some of the items inside each of the 2 accessory bags are also sealed in a clear plastic, protecting the contents even better, and keeping all items neatly separated. One package is his clothing consisting of some wildly printed pants, which are three color camo, rain patterned fabric (has 2 snaps on it to keep up on Joe's waste), and a long-sleeved shirt which matches the pants. The shirt has 2 buttons on it, but one would have to "assume" it closes by snaps. I wouldn't know since it has not been opened to check. The clothing accessory set also has a black colored exclusive GI Joe Club Urban rain-jacket "hoody" (NEVER before having been produced for any GI Joes). It seems to be made of vinyl material.
