Brand new out of the package. It was originally sealed but I had to take it out because the front side of the card was ruined. Includes uncut file card. Some rippling, some water stains on the top, some creases on the bottom corner. These cards are made 2-ply but this one is 1-ply on account of the fact that I had to pull of the front side due to damage from storage. _________________________________ I’m not an expert on GI Joe figures nor am I a collector, therefore all descriptions are based upon what I’ve been able to discern on my own.
