Here's a vintage James Bond Aston Martin Metal Car with Box. This is a 1965 Glidrose & EON Production, and a 1965 A.C. Gilbert Co. product. Made in Japan.Exterior of car is in very good condition. It has both its mirrors which are often broken or missing. It also has the 'passenger' (shoulders and head) that most of these older sets are missing.The only negative about this car would be that the battery compartment has some corrosion present. (Please see pics 6 & 7...) so we were not able to start the car. The instructions are also missing. The license plates do revolve which is activated by pulling up on the antenna. The injection spring seems in good shape. We weren't able to test out any of the other gadgets due to the battery issue. The box is in good shape considering its age. There is some writing on the top of the box..."$1.00 - needs batteries." Probably was in a garage sale in the late 60's. These sets are hard to come by with the box and the passenger still intact. The pictures do a good job showing the overall condition...as usual we're here for additional requests for more pictures.
