Gillette Senator Safety Razor Up for auction is this Gillette Senator Safety Razor that was introduced in the later part of 1938. It is a one-piece, nickle-plated razor with a prominent combed tooth guard. According to recent shaving blogs, the Senator is purported to deliver a superb shaving experience. The bottom photos display the razor in its case. This is the way I acquired the razor, but I can't say for certain that it is the correct case for the Senator. The razor, although used, is in very good to excellent condition, as pictured. The razor, on one side, does not always close tightly; however, this should in no way interfere with your shaving experience. The razor has been cleaned thoroughly and disinfected with a professional ultrasonic cleaner, pampered, and polished. The Senator Razor is a scarce and much sought after Gillette Razor. I purposely take close-up photos so you can see any imperfections or signs of wear on the razor; but remember, the camera exaggerates any blemishes, similar to looking at something under a microscope. If you are high bidder, you will find that the razor, in person, looks even better than in the photos. This Gillette Senator Razor is ready for wet shavers. High bidder pays a flat $3 for shipping in the US. Gillette Senator Safety Razor 8th National Shaving Collectibles Meeting October read more
