This is a DARLING GILNER CALIFORNIA POTTERY CANNIBAL NATIVE PLANTER...in EXCELLENT condition with NO chips or cracks or crazing!....HOWEVER please note some of the paint loss of the black "cold painted" hair on his head...that of course is NOT under the glaze but had been added later in the process...he still has BOTH his EARRINGS and he's been displayed only in a glass fronted corner hutch...VERY OLD from the 50s i believe...and marked on the bottom "GILNER CALIFORNIA"...MEASURES about 9" at it's longest part...and about 4" tall and 5" deep... you will enjoy this for years more! or it would make a GREAT Christmas present for someone who collects these adorable Cannable/Native pieces!! MY INFORMATION: I am a disabled mother of one teenager who is 17 and needs "things" like a car (of course)...selling on ebay is my attempt to buy her a decent car before she goes to her senior year in HS next year (or with luck the end of this school year)...all of the items i will be selling are mine and my mother's that have been loved and collected and displayed or worn or stored for many many years...SMOKE FREE HOUSE HOWEVER please be advised that our four legged family (3 cats and 3 dogs) are here with me always...i try to keep the hairs off things but you may find strays (hairs NOT the entire animal LOL)...many of the items i'll be selling are read more
