This is a mini stage light from the estate of Gingers Rogers. It was sold by Saturday's Toys auction held in Coronado California on November 25, 1996. Ginger Rogers died on April 25, 1995. The auction was titled "Treasures From the Ginger Rogers Estate Collection" and there were actually two stage lights in the sale, this being the smaller one, and the original Certificate of Authenticity is included. It measures about six inches long and 5 1/2" high. It is in very good condition but the cord is very brittle and has electrical tape in one area so it would need a new cord before trying to use it. I can find no other markings on the light other than Minilite but it must have meant something to Ms. Rogers to have kept it.
