Condition is nearly perfect, except for spot of oil on folder Canada Post air mail shipping $8.00 to U.S. slightly less to Canadian addresses. Canadian bidders can get surface mail with tracking number. No tracking number for U.S. addresses unless they pay extra for Expresspost (similar to Priority Post in USPS), which will be 16-20 dollars I am guessing.Buyer pays shipping.More scans are available if you send me your email address.
