appx. 5x3x2" porcelain figurine #2246 of a young girl wiping her tears with the hem of her dress over her distress over spilling her milk (pitcher, left hand and mik at feet), hand painted under glaze by BR (signed on bottom) by Bing and Grondahl, Copenhagen, Denmark, no date (earlier mark, probably 50's/60's) in perfect condition with little or no wear or crazing. No loss, damage or restoration. Charmingly sad, sometimes makes sence to cry over spilled milk: its called regret. Typical B&G mark with KYOB Copenhagen spelling. On bottom.
