The pattern feature red, white and blue stars on a dark blue background with small white stars to highlight the design. Red-and-white striped grosgrain bows at top of bodice sets it all off! A flared skirt on an empire waist, plain bodice, 1 1/4" straps and a self-fabric back tie, and long back zipper make up the simplistic design of the dress. Manufactured by "Jessica Ann".
