It is a print on paper and was published in a 1926 first edition. This castle features extensively in fiction and legend, and according to local legend has more dark secrets than any other castle in Scotland. Photogravure after a photograph by Emil Otto Hoppe (1878-1972). E. O. Hoppé was considered one of the most prominent photographers of the Edwardian Era. (Photogravure process described below the illustration) A laser-printed facsimile of the copyright information as it appears in the 1926 (First Edition) book from which this photogravure was removed will be included, on a peel-off, self-adhesive sheet . Purchasers who frame their items frequently affix that copyright statement to the back of the frame.
