Glass Fronted Oak Haberdashery Cabinet/Counter This rare glass fronted oak haberdashery cabinet is offered in very good condition. This mid 20th century item, most likely 1940s, has been sympathetically restored whilst keeping its charm and character. There is a 'Ruddocks' label inside the cabinet stating who manufactered this item. It consists of 24 drawers, 6 across and 4 down, that increase in size on each decending level, providing visability to all drawers from the front. All drawers have pull handles with the bottom 3 rows having metal label cases. Please note that the drawers are very good quality with much extra detail than on most cabinets of this type. Some of the drawers fronts have had small pieces missing which have all been replaced and repaired to a high standard. There is a scratch on each side of the piece of glass at the front of the cabinet (please see pitcure). There is a metal tape meaure that is screwed on top that is 1 metre long. The maximum height is 92cm, maximum length is 181cm and maximum depth is 62cm. A professional delivery service is available for large pieces of furniture to the majority of mainland UK.
