23 Glendale Sanitarium and Hospital, Glendale, Calif., holiday menus. They are in very good condition with no rips, tears or personal handwriting. These are the last of the Hospital Sanitarium menus that I have to list except for a group of duplicates which I will list later. All these menus were collected by one of the chefs from either Loma Linda or Glendale.Winning bidder to pay shipping charges of $4.60 + opt. insurance (U.S. only). Calif. residents to Add sales tax of 8.25% unless a valid resale number and signature card is provided. International bidders, please don't bid unless you intend to pay.
