This is a very special, very hard to find Glensound GSTX14B Mixer.16 transformer balanced inputs, modular channels (each channel can be removed, there's even a built in channel puller that's stored above the master section) 2 assignable EQs, 2 mix busses, P&G faders, automatable VCAs on every channel, outboard rackmount power supply. This desk delivers big console sounds and functions in a small package. Your mixes will thank you! Blows newer (Dangerous/Neve/SSL etc) summing mixers out of the water in both sound and specification! The perfect studio centre piece, getting some faders under your fingers and the width and punch of getting your audio out of the box!This comes with EDAC -> XLR cabling to get you up and running straight away. Plug in and enjoy!The most unique feature of the desk is each channel has a VCA that you can automate! Real, out of the box, VCA automation. This is a very expensive feature to find elsewhere!! According to the manual the "remote faders" are simple 5v DC (-20dB/v) inputs. I guess any MIDI to CV device (Kenton/Expert Sleepers etc) would permit you to run the automation from your DAW with minimal hassle & expense.
