Real Photographic postcard [ trimmed to approx. 8cm x13.5cm ] of 1658 / 805276 Gunner Henri Boullemier serving with the 2nd North Midland Division. Signed to the reverse " Wishing you a happy & more peaceful & Prosperous new year. Your sincere friend Harry P Boullemier ". Postcard in very good overall condition for age. Henri Boullemier was born in 1884. Born in Stoke on Trent. NOK Mrs L. Boullemier of 3 Watworth Terrace, Stoke on Trent. Enlisted 21.9.1914. Posted to 2nd North Midland Division Ammunition Column 14.10.1914. Served in France: 26.2.1915 - 25.8.1917 [ wounded by Gas Shell - 15.8.1917 ]. Served with 231st Bde RFA [ B Battery, 36th Howitzer Bde? ] from 22.5.1916. Returned to France from 15.2.1918 with 2nd Divisiion Artillery HQ from 11.3.1918 until the end of hostilities.Copies of service papers will be supplied.Please note that the watermark is not on the original postcard image
