Childs size toothbrush- can be changed when needed if you have a replacement. figure is 4" without brush,7" total. Card shows some wear, but still looks fine for display in a collection. This is Genuine, Official Merchandise licensed by Toho, Japan. Maker is MAS. Dated 1998 ( I have a few of these to sell, in different color brushes) I purchased these in 1999 and have been in a dark, cool container the entire time.
