This is COPPER TOPPER and she is part of the Redhead series of figurines created by Charlot Byj for Goebel. She is in EXCELLENT CONDITION NO CHIPS, CRACKS, REPAIRS OR CRAZING. This little girl with red hair is number 48 and bears the Goebel trademark 4. Also called Forward March, it features a charming little child leading the parade with a shiny copper pot on her head and a wooden spoon as a baton. Dressed in a green plaid pleated skirt and yellow sweater, she is the cutest drum majorette I've seen in a while. She has a red and white kitchen towel in her hand. Just look at the determination on her face as she sticks out her tongue to make sure that every step is in time to the music. She even has her original paper tag. I have gone over this figurine very carefully with a magnifying glass and can find NO FLAWS. She is in perfect condition. She measures 4 3⁄4âe tall and is number 48 in the red head series. Originally issued in 1967, she was retired in 1988 making her one of the more difficult to find. Based on the trademark 4, she was the first issue of this figurine and at least 35 years old. It is also unusual to find her in excellent condition since so often the spoon has been repaired. THIS ONE IS IN PERFECT CONDITION!
