The cost of shipping will be $2.00 within the U.S and $3.00 overseas and 2 ounces of postage plus insurance or registration fees. Please do not ask to end the auction early. Insurance is required for domestic shipments if you pay by paypal and the amount is over $20. Registration is resquired for overseas if the amount is over $40. We do not sell any item below face value. Please let us invoice you after the auction ends. Please understand that we ship 90 per cent of the items out the same day to 3 days after payment is received. Normal mail in the U.S takes 3-5 days. Registered takes from 3-21 days and even longer. overseas-takes 7-30 days most of the time, but understand that about 10 per cent may take 6-8 weeks. All overseas shipments are shipped at the buyers risk. By bidding on an item you are confirming that you agree to these terms. The post office says that they have track and confirm, however most of the time they do not have this service on insured or registered mail.
