Update: I am almost out of this batch of cons. I think next week will be the last of them. They have been very poplular and I hope all you guys that have bought them have fun with all the panning.... ******************************************************************************* I originally saved these concentrates to do a panning demostration for my daughters 5th grade class. That fell through so I figured I would offer it up to those that dont live near any mining districts. Most of this material is strait from my gold dredge for the kids. The last day of one of my trips up to the mining claim I cleaned out and dumped it into a bucket and into my garage it went. A bit of it was also saved by me when I was short on time and "fast panned" the cleanout. Lots of fines were in it so I saved it up to work better later. I got about a 5 gallon bucket if it total. I will run a couple of auctions a week until it is all gone. We usually run our clean out through a Le Trap and end up with less than a quart to pan out. Makes an easier clean up for sure.We dredge the Klamath River in Northern California and this area is known for high purity gold.. on average 20-22k.
