This is an absolutely stunning Lavaliere, believed to either Late Victorian or possibly Edwardian. In 9 carat gold (or possibly 9 carat gold plated) there is a large central peridot, surrounded by seed pearls and two pink stones, which are thought to be tourmaline. It measures 2 x 3 cms. Please note - there are two small seed pearls that are missing in the two outer uppermost wing positions; this is hardly noticeable on close inspection and certainly not visible when the Lavaliere is worn. Also, one of the slightly larger seed pearls (to the right of the peridot) has been replaced and is slightly too large. Please see photos If these slight imperfections cause a problem, I am sure the seed pearls could be replaced easily at a nominal cost. Please also check my 100% feedback, I try to provide an honest and clear example of what I'm selling. Please feel free to email me with any questions.
