Goofus Painted Poppy Serving Dish with Red Poppies and Gold Background - in Very Good Condition!!! This dish is in excellent condition for it's age. This dish can be found in the GOOFUS GLASS book by Carolyn McKinley. This is the poppy pattern made over 100 years ago and there is hardly any signs of wearing of paint except on the footed section where the plate probably stayed in one spot and only moved periodically. The dish is footed and rises upward from the center of the dish. The plate measures 10 1/2 inches in diameter and I cannot find a single scratch, chip, nick or fleabite anywhere on this plate. There is some wear to the paint on the bottom side of the dish, but very little!!! Please contact me if you have any questions on this item or need additional pictures.
