Genuine 1950s vintage cocktail or wiggle dress in heavy black lace lined throughout in taffeta. The dress is fitted with wide lace straps, a pleated taffeta band around the top and a side zip from hip level opening to the top. "Marldena Model" label, but probably made to measure. Fantastic vintage condition with no rips, tears or stains, though straps need some re-stitching at the front. Belt loop intact on left side but missing on right. It fits approximately a UK size 10 to 12, but actual measurements as far as I've been able to measure are :- Bust: 88cm/35 ins Waist: 71 cm/28 ins Hips: 89cm/35 ins Length: 111 cm/44 ins
