This auction is for a most lovely antique French fine and delicate net lace in a shade of ivory, but an old-fashioned aged ivory. It was salvaged from a Victorian silk taffeta ruffled skirt, which was very shattered, however, I was able to salvage this beautiful lace and the ruffled trim. It is slightly gatd at top, more in certain areas, however, if threads are removed, it will be a little more yardage than stated. It measures approximately 36" x 3 3/4" with gorgeous, intricate embroidery work. It is in wonderful condition aside from a tiny hole in the beginning of the lace at bottom, which is minor and a hole at the very top w the net is folded over.
