This is a very unusu al Majolica grape leaf bowl. The colors are a vibrant green, with go ld s, pinks, & brown. We have not found another like it in all our se arches! It is an early piece possibly Etruscan. It is also un signed. The bow l is a lar ge 9" x 8 1/4" and stands as tal l as 2.5" at the stem handle. The cond ition is e xcellent, no chips, cracks, or repairs. There is a t eeny glaze fleck on one of the edges and glaze flecks on the firing stand marks on the bottom as is commo n and some worn gla ze on the edge in the bowl com mensur ate with the age of the bowl.
