This piece is not signed but t is no doubt this piece is a Sandor design (I have many in my personal collection). This piece is made of a base metal with rich gold tone finish. The design is two flower shapes with a light blue enamel finish and dome shape in the center made with set sparkling clear round hand set rhinestone. T is a bow shape at the base of these two flowers with a light blue enamel finish. Extending from the center of the back side of the brooch t are two leaf shapes with a rich blue (almost a turquoise blue) enamel finish. This piece is quite lovely and has just a few small nicks of enamel loss on some edges. Condition: The pin is vintage, in overall excellent condition. Measurements: The pin measures 3 1/2" by 2 1/4".
