In my best opinion this brooch was produced between 1800 and 1850. It is rose gold. It is not hallmarked. The gems are killer diller. Ruby, peridot, amethyst, pearl, HUGE central star ruby, sapphire and turquois...oh I forgot a garnet as well--ooopsss and a cut quartz crystal...you get the idea-ITS GEMMY. The gems are the typical early cuts. One amethyst possibly replaced...cut looks more modern. T is a soldering area on the back only w the pin was reattached..typical. Otherwise a looker and ready to wear. 16 grams, and my best guess at least 20 carats of gemstones. I have never seen another like this one!! Out of a well known Iowa doctor's estate, who could afford the finest! NO RESERVE!!! Shipping, handling, and insurance $9.99 domestically. Paypal or money order preferred. Please pay within 7days of close. Thanks for looking!!
