Hello, and welcome to my auction! My name is Rebecca Mills and I am the reborn artist at "Becca's Reborn Baby Boutique". I have been reborning doll's for about one year now and have somew in the range of 150 completed doll's all over the world. I am very dedicated to creating the most realistic reborn babies possible and to the best of my ability. When I am 100% satisfied with the looks of my reborns, then and only then will they be offered for auction. She was so amazed that ebay is selling babies at such a bargain price. She wasn't aware that they were dolls! Thats our goal, make them so realistic that no one can tell the difference! This little honey came to me as (Blossom) sculped by the very talented Vikki Ebbeling. This is just a very nice kit to reborn. She just looks so life like lying in your arms! I am sure her new mommy will think the same. I have dressed her in several different outfits for picture day. Wendy wears a newborn size so, shopping will be very easy for her. I have this baby dressed in boys clothing and girls clothing to show how versitile this baby is! No expense has been spared in the reborn process of this little honey. Wendy is a One Of A Kind never to be exactly duplicated again so if she has captured your heart please don't hesitate to scoop her up! Wendy started her transformation with a nice warm bubble bath to wash away any factory residue. Then she was ready for her paint applications. This is by far the longest but most enjoyable step. With each layer of heat set genesis paint, the baby comes right to life before your eyes. Wendy has a perfect newborn 3-D complextion with very subtle veining. Not a roll or wrinkle was overlooked. Wendy's tiny little finger and toe nails were painted to give them that just clipped look. They have a fine line of white tip then a light coat of varnish to give them a natural look. All of the folds and creases have been highlighted to even further th 3-D effect of her skin tone. I have also added some shine to the eyes, mouth and inside of nose to make them appear moist. Wendy's hair has been tediously hand rooted just a few strands at a time. Her hair color is a light blond premium mohair. It is so soft you will think you are touching a real baby head. Her hair can be slightly dampened so that her new mommy can style her hair as she wishes. I like to use styling foams so that I can create curls and waves. I have applied some barely t eyebrows with the slightest hint of peach fuzz. Wendy has full length arms and legs making it easy to dress her about anyway you please. She also has the cutest little tummy plate with is outie belly button exposed. Wendy has been weighted to add to her realistic feel. All limb's and head have been sealed to prevent leakage. Her little head has been weighted slightly so his new mommy will have to support her just as you would a newborn. She has polyfil in all the right places to fill the tushie and tummy to a nice plump look.
