This is a gorgeous and unusually shaped trio from Royal Albert, augmented by a milk jug, a sugar basin and a sandwich plate. The set is� decorated in roses surrounded by scrolls, all the pieces are in good condition with no chips, cracks or signs of restoration, the cup stands about 3 inches to the top of the handle and 3 inches across the top, there is a small "tea" stain.in the bottom, the saucer is 5.5 � inches in diameter, and the side plate is about 6.125 inches square at the widest point, the milk jug is 3.75 inches high and 5 inches across from the front of the spout to the back of the handle, the sugar basin is 2./75 inches high and 4.5 inches across, the sandwich plate is 9.75 inches long and 9.125 inches across. � Underneath each piece there is a Royal Albert Crown China back stamp with the addition of a registration number on the cup, Rd No. 769616, dating the design registration to 1931, as well as the pattern number 7880. � This is a lovely set that would enhance any cabinet.
