WOW!!! Is what I said when I first saw this fabulous brooch!! It is just shy of THREE inches in diameter-the largest brooch I have seen!! This comes from one of two fine estate lots I am listing and have been selling over the last couple of weeks. This piece is unmarked-it is of such high quality that I believe it is probably SCHIAPARELLI. I couldnt find too many designers in any of my books whose work was this stunning. The rhinestones are incredible shades of blues and greens, of different shapes and sizes. Fourteen of them are fruit salad, most of the others are navette, and t is a HUGE blue rhinestone center. All are original and in very good condition-none darkened or "dead". All are prong-set, in a silver plated, or white metal setting.
