Fabulous Vintage Barkcloth -2 curtain panels -ROSES! âe" Lot 7 This auction features 2 vintage barkcloth curtain panels. The dimensions of the panels are listed below. I have three other auctions with matching panels for a a total of 8 panels. If you are in need of a large amount of matching vintage barkcloth âe" this is a great opportunity. This is absolutely george ous vintage barkcloth. I am not an expert but I would guess it is from the 30âe(tm)s or 40âe(tm)s. It is quite heavy and the colors in it are very rich. None of the panels appear to be faded. The background color is tan. The pattern is gorgeous cabbage roses in shades of burgundy and rose with green leaves and a hint of blue. The curtains were originally lined but the lining has been cut off with the exception of one panel. For the most part the condition of the panels are very good. Only one panel has tears or obvious sign of wear. Several of the panels do have large water spots in the lower section of the panel. I have pictures (front and back) of each of the panels and I am describing the condition of each panel that is listed in each auction. They donâe(tm)t have any musty odors but I am sure that they could use a good cleaning âe" although they donâe(tm)t look dirty.
