Once an item sells, I will package it and measure and weigh it and let you know the lowest shipping rate based on your location. 2) CHECKOUT: DO NOT pay through the ebay "Pay Now" checkout feature UNTIL t is an amount specified in the shipping, optional insurance and (if applicable) sales tax fields. We have to package the item and weigh it before we can specify postage costs. Incorrect payments will simply be returned for re-submittal. 3) INSURANCE: Insurance is optional, but recommended. (All domestic packages are now covered by delivery confirmation, so I am protected in the case of a claim of non-delivery.) But that doesn't protect you. So, if you choose not to buy insurance, you accept full responsibility and agree not to initiate any actions or chargebacks through paypal or otherwise in the event that your purchase is damaged or lost in the mail. This is a legally binding provision of this seller's terms, and your bid indicates your acceptance of these terms. 4) SALES TAX: All items shipped to addresses within New York State must include applicable sales tax or completed resale certificate with payment (unless I have it on file from a previous sale), no exceptions. Once I have your tax form filed, I will never ask for it again. As a convenience to qualified buyers, I will provide you with a link in the checkout process to a tax form which can be filled out and mailed to me. 5) INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Postage quoted in this listing (if any) is for domestic US shipping unless stated otherwise. Wait for the "pay now" checkout feature to specify the shipping costs before you pay. I prefer Paypal for international payments, but in rare cases I may not accept it based on feedback trends, paypal address verification, previous paypal disputes, or a history of chargebacks.
