An unusual piece of Goss, it is as it states on the reverse side " Model of Ostend vase A D 1617 found inside a fishing smack in the fishermans dock at Ostende now in Ostende museum" The Reg number is 495672 and the piece is 58mm in height and 45 mm in diameter.On the base as well as the usual D Goss crest is the wording "importe d'angleterre What makes this piece very collectable is the crest on the front which is OSTENDE ! The condition of the piece is excellent .There is slight rubbing of the gilding on the top edge otherwise no defects
