This Gramophone / Phonograph is a beautiful and accurate reproduction of a vintage antique phonograph. It's handcrafted using quality pinewood for the box casing, and real brass for the horn. The piece is very similar to, and can actually be compared to, the original Victor Talking Machine Company's RCA Victor Phonograph. They Are Working & have a Loud Sound it features a crank-handle that turns the internal spring-driven motor playing mechanism, a speed adjustment/control dial, a voice reproducer/sound box, a tone sound arm & elbow, a turntable plate, an extra-large aged bronze metal horn, a playing needle (plus several extra reserve needles), and an early 1900's style 78 RPM record.Although the manufacture states this phonograph, if assembled correctly, will work and play 78 RPM records, It is great for theatrical purposes (i.e. theatrical plays, musicals, movies, films, etc.), and often used in museums as a static display. The dimensions are: 37cm width / 37cm deep / 17cm high / approx 70cm high assembled with horn. the horn is 38cm across. Posted with eBay Mobile
