These jade earrings were owned by my grandmother who received most of her jade jewelry from her husband (my grandfather) who who died in 1954. So the earrings date before then. These are single earrings from different sets (NO complete sets). The jade pieces range in size from 5/8" to 1" (the single dangle jade earring is approximately 1-1/4" long). There are 5 screwback attachments, 1 clip-on, and 1 dangle earring...The two smallest round jade earrings and the square darker jade earring have a mounting that "clasps" over the sides of the jade and can be seen from the front. The darker of the two round earrings has a silver screwback attachment that is marked sterling while the lighter round earring has a gold screwback attachment is marked 14K.The square earring has a gold screwback attachment that is marked 14K.The third small round grade jade earring has a silver screwback attachment that is marked sterling. The small square earring with the light jade stone has a silver screwback attachment that is marked sterling. The larger round green earring with the crystal stone is NOT a screwback but a clip-on earring. No markings. The clasp on the dangle earring has no markings.Condition : All jade pieces are in nice condition. I found no chips or scratches. The sterling clasps are tarnished.
