Here is a super rare promotional poster for the original album & cassette release of Dead Set. The poster has the Arista Records copyright 1981 in the lower left corner. The photo is not great & does no justice for the image which is clear & bright on both sides in person. This poster has never been used for display & is in near mint condition with no rips pin holes. It is truly impossible to find one of these that still exist in in any condition but this condition is a true find. Most of these were displayed in stores & were trashed in the process & then were thrown out when they were taken down. This poster was done by the two artists Dennis Larkins & Peter Barsotti whom created the Warfield Theatre & The Radio City Music Hall posters with the same imagery. This print is large measuring roughly 36 X 18 Inches. One of the most popular images ever produced for the Grateful Dead. Part of this image was used for bootleg reprints that were sold in head shops in the 1980's & has a washed out look to it as it is a poor printing. This one has the entire gate fold image from the album cover. The text in the lower right corner signifies the original as well as the copyright in the left corner.
