An absolutely magnificent, fully restored Esterbrook SJ (Slenderer and a bit shorter than the Model J) that comes with two New Old Stock (NOS) nibs. The pen has two black jewels and measures closed approx. 4 3/4 inches It is a pearlized Gray (more Gray/Greenish than Gray/Black) Very nice, deep colors and patterns. It is in Near Mint condition with no visible faults at all! It has been thourougly cleaned, including inside the cap, and a new sac has been installed. The pen has not been inked after its cleaning and service but the sac was tested with water and it works fine. This fountain pen comes with two magnificent nibs: A Renew Point Master Series 9555 A Renew Point Master Series 9556 Both nibs are NOS and have never been inked or used at all; both come with their original boxes (the 9556 has been moved from its box and installed on the pen so its box will be empty). The above two nibs cover most of your basic writing needs! T is the faster, quicker drying 9555 (remember, these were aimed as "Shorthand" nibs) and the more "general use" 9556.
