Beautiful vintage (new-never used)make-up compact made in Great Britain by Mascot. All in an antique goldtone or brass. Top is either enameled or handpainted floral scene on a green background. Some fine lines from age in background. Push bar to unlock and open. Has on inner part of lock, Made in Great Britain. Has a round mirror on one side. Has a plasticinsert on other side with powder screen lift out, a soft pink powder puff, plastic insert in bottom with a new card that says: This powder box is specially designed for the use of CREAM POWDER. Simply push the cream powder into well.To release powder container hoold open compact upside down and press outer catch. MASCOTMirror has some light age but fully functional.Outside bottom of compact has a grid pattern texture.Measures 3/8 inch in thickness, and 3 inches in diameter.This is an old vintage compact in new,unused condition.Shipping is $3.75 for 1st class,delivery confirmation.
