This auction is for a lovely green depression glass measuring pitcher with matching reamer. Both glow brilliantly under a blacklight! The footed pitcher measures 4-3/4 inches across the opening at the top, just over 3-1/4 inches across the bottom, and is 3-3/4 inches tall. One side of the pitcher measures up to 1 pint in 1/4 pint increments, 2 cups in 1/2 cup increments, and 16 ounces in 4 ounce increments. The other side displays a 2 cup measurement in increments of 1/3 cup. The words "Measuring and Mixing Cup" are on the bottom. T are a few flea bites on the underside of the pour spout of the pitcher - not uncommon for kitchenware of this era as these were made for everyday use. The tab-handled reamer fits perfectly, resting slightly inside of the pitcher. It has one flea bite, 1/4" down from it's peak. I can find no other condition issues. This lovely set would display nicely, could be used in you own kitchen, or would even make a thoughtful gift.Thank you for viewing this auction.
