They have been well taken care of and stored in a cool, dry, smoke-free environment. Most of the comics are encased in mylar sleeves with acid-free carboard backing (the rest have been stored in poly bags with acid-free backing). I am hosting and shipping these auctions, but the grading has been done by the owner in what he believes is a conservative manner. Any questions about these items will be answered by me with consultation from him. As stated previously, these have been graded conservatively, but we understand that discrepancies do arise, and tfore offer full refunds if unsatisfied with the item.
