Offered is a 5.5" green satin glass perfume bottle, with a twist or swirl design in the body and top. Hand-painted flowers around the body. No label or mark. Condition is excellent, with no cracks, only 1 very tiny chip in the base. Extensive paint loss on the decoration. Shipping is $5, which includes insurance. Sometimes I announce changes in the payment and shipping section of my store navigation pages. Sales tax : Illinois residents must pay sales tax (6.5%). I am a licensed business in the state of Illinois, business authorization #3511-8741, and I pay sales tax on all intrastate sales. Shipping : Buyer pays for shipping. The shipping charge is given in the description, and it includes door-to-door tracking and insurance for the purchase price. A small handling fee is charged to cover time and materials for secure packaging. A higher handling fee is required for large or fragile items. I will gladly provide tracking numbers for items over $100, if requested. I'll track down delayed deliveries for any item, if the item hasnâe(tm)t been received 1 week after I shipped it. In the event of damage or loss, please cooperate and assist with the claim investigation by the carrier. I will reimburse the buyer after I am reimbursed by the carrier. This will be shipped by UPS or USPS, depending on the item size, your shipping address, whether this is described as fixed or calculated shippint, etc. I ship UPS on Tuesdays and Fridays like clockwork. USPS shipping is less frequent: if the item fits in my mailbox so I can leave it for my postal carrier, then t should be no delay, but if it is bulky, then t will be a delay while I wait for an opportunity to go to a post office. (I usually ship USPS only for small items, 13 oz or less, so this is not a problem in most cases.) I generally do not allow local pickup, unless you have a very compelling reason. Local pickup, when approved, is subject to a $5 handling fee. Multiple items won within a 2-day period will be combined for shipping if possible. In such cases, please do not pay until you receive a combined eBay invoice for the items. Each additional item generally will be $1-2 above the cost of shipping the first item. Size, weight, and value all affect shipping costs, so this discount will not apply in all cases and I do not guarantee that all multiple winnings will be combined. Payment : I accept Paypal, personal checks, money orders, and bank checks. For most items, a personal check is fine, but I reserve the right to insist on certified funds. I generally do not hold personal checks, so t usually will be no extra delay if you pay with a check. Special terms for Paypal payments : I rigorously follow PayPal requirements for seller charge-back protection.
